What is a Transaction Coordinator?

Can also be interchanged with chaos coordinator, real estate therapist, master organizer, and more! We are the executive assistant you want to hire full-time. A TC handles the administrative side of your real estate transactions from inspection scheduling, appraisal coordination, repair and invoice follow-up, final walk through and closing scheduling, compliance audit of documentation, overall file organization, and so much more!

Are you a virtual assistant?

Kind of. Unlike general virtual assistants without specific real estate expertise, our Transaction Coordinators specialize in the intricacies of the real estate industry. They possess a deep understanding of what it takes to smoothly navigate a home transaction, from listing to closing. This specialized knowledge sets us apart, allowing us to handle the unique demands of real estate transactions in a way that a virtual assistant wouldn't be able to.

What is the benefit of a TC?

A Mirato Co. Transaction Coordinator is a special leverage assistant in your real estate business. We allow real estate professionals to get time back in their day, allowing them to earn more money, while we streamline the process from contract-to-close. Including auditing documents, calendaring special dates or appointments, constant communication with all parties, compliance check, commission submission, and so much more! No more following up on email threads either, we do that for you!

How does the TC get paid?

Listing Management services is an invoiced service at time of "Live" listing on the MLS.

Transaction Coordination services will be paid at closing – whether a check cut directly at closing through a CDA form, as brokerages allow or, iff not, this service will be invoiced separately after the close of Escrow.

How will I stay updated during the transaction?

As peace of mind, you will be CC'd and included on all emails to clients, loan officers, and title representatives. In addition to standard email practices, you will have access to REAL TIME updates (on all your transactions with Mirato Co.) through your personal agent portal. A technology powered by AFrame Technology.

What happens if a file terminates?

We stand by the motto that if our agent doesn't get paid, we don't get paid. That's just the way we run our business.

However, when a listing is cancelled or terminated, a flat fee will occur for compensation of listing management services. 

Will you contact my clients directly?

We will! During key or pivotal moments throughout the transaction. However, in our Client Care package, clients will receive weekly updates on where the transaction is, what is happening, and what to expect moving forward. Including utility change reminders, forwarding mail, and requesting reviews for YOU!

Can you work directly in my CRM?

We can! We have experience within a variety of different CRMs including: KW Command, Sisu, Lofty, Skyslope, Brivity, Top Producer, Chime, and more!

Can you help me with projects outside of Transaction Coordination?

Absolutely! Mirato Co. is here for you and all your real estate business needs! Whether that is marketing or design assistance, social media copy creation, CRM or database management, virtual assistance projects, email marketing creation, accountability, brainstorming, and so much more!
